All three apps let you delete your account directly from within the app, in account settings. If you can't delete your account in the app for any reason, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it. In Next Step you can also erase the data on your phone in the app's settings, with or without an account. See our Privacy Policy for more.
We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers, and none of the apps shows ads or tracks you across other apps or websites. Each app does share some data: with the service providers that run it, with the people it's built to share with (in Driftbottle, whoever picks up your bottle sees your display name or username; in Next Step, the clinicians you choose to connect with; in Family Rosary, the members of your family circles), and where the law requires it. Each app's own Privacy Policy lists who receives what: Driftbottle's, Next Step's and Family Rosary's.

It helps to include which app you're using, roughly when the issue happened, and what you expected to happen instead. Screens or screenshots help too, if you're comfortable sharing them.
