Cipher Haus, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"), builds three services, referred to here as I, II and III. Each has its own Terms of Service, and this page only summarizes them.
Service I is Driftbottle, operated by Cipher Haus, LLC. Its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are the complete ones for it, and where this page differs from them, they apply.
In short: you must be at least 13, and if you're under 18 you need a parent's or guardian's permission. You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that targets another person, and don't impersonate anyone or fake your location. Anything that sexually abuses or exploits children is removed, the accounts involved are banned, and it's reported to the authorities as the law requires. You can report and block other players in the app, and we may remove content or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
Service II is Next Step, operated by Cipher Haus, LLC. Its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy are the complete ones for it, and where this page differs from them, they apply.
In short: Next Step is a support tool for people in eating disorder recovery. It isn't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn't replace your doctor, therapist, dietitian or treatment team. You can use it on your phone without an account; to create the optional Cloud Backup account you must be 13 or older. Any care relationship is between you and the clinicians you connect with. We don't check their identities or credentials, so only connect with someone you know and trust. What you put into Next Step is yours.
Next Step isn't an emergency service. If you're in danger or need urgent medical help, call 911 in the US, or your local emergency number. The crisis lines on Next Step's Support page are there to listen and support you.
Service III is Family Rosary, operated by Cipher Haus, LLC. Its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are the complete ones for it, and where this page differs from them, they apply.
In short: you must be at least 13 to create an account, and if you're under 18 a parent or guardian must agree to its terms for you. A family circle's managers decide who belongs to it. You keep ownership of your recordings; only record people who have agreed to it, or children you're responsible for, and keep recordings to prayers and devotional content. Don't try to get into circles or accounts that aren't yours, interfere with the app, or harass anyone. Its Child Safety Standards say how to report anything that puts a child at risk.
