These terms apply to both of our services, referred to here as I and II. By creating an account or using either one, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use either service. If we learn an account belongs to someone younger, we'll close it.
You're responsible for the security of your account and anything that happens under it. Use a real, working email if one is required, keep your password to yourself, and let us know at support@cipher.haus if you think someone else has access to your account.
You agree not to use Service I to:
You're responsible for what you post. We use automated filtering and user reports to catch content that breaks these rules, and we may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate them, at our discretion. Content you leave for others to find is, by the nature of the service, meant to be found — don't post anything you need to stay private or permanent.
Service II is a self-guided support tool. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical advice or diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for treatment from a qualified therapist, physician, or other healthcare provider. If you're working with a care team, this app is meant to sit alongside that care, not replace it.
If you're in crisis or in danger, please don't rely on this app. In the US, you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. Outside the US, please contact your local emergency services or a local crisis line.
Where a service lets you submit content — audio, images, text, or anything else — you keep ownership of it. You grant us the license needed to store, transmit, and display it as part of operating the service (for example, delivering something you've left for someone else to find, or syncing your entries across your own devices).
You can delete your account at any time from within either app. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
Both services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Cipher Haus isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of either service.
If we make a material change, we'll update this page and change the date above.
