These terms are an agreement between you and Cipher Haus, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). Cipher Haus, LLC operates Family Rosary (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. You may add a profile for, and record, a younger child only as that child's parent or legal guardian or with their permission.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
A family circle's managers decide who belongs to it. They can invite and remove members, appoint other managers, and change the invite code. Anyone with a circle's invite code can ask to join it, and a manager must approve the request before they can see anything in the circle. Share the code only with people you want in your circle. A manager can make a new code at any time.
You keep ownership of the recordings you make. You give us permission to store, copy and play them for you and for the members of the family circles you record them in, only to provide the App. That permission ends when the recordings are deleted.
Only record people who have agreed to it, or children you are responsible for. Recordings must be prayers or devotional content. Please don't upload anything unlawful, hateful or unrelated.
Don't try to get into family circles or accounts that aren't yours, interfere with the App or its servers, or use the App to harass anyone. We may suspend or close accounts that do. Our Child Safety Standards say how to tell us about anything that puts a child at risk.
The App includes traditional Catholic prayers and devotions, offered for personal and family prayer. It is not an official publication of the Church. Please follow the guidance of your parish for liturgical use.

We work to keep the App available and your recordings safe, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cipher Haus, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or your use of Family Rosary, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any such dispute will be heard in the state courts in Los Angeles County, California, or the federal courts for the Central District of California, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. This doesn't take away any protection the law where you live gives you that can't be waived by agreement, including any right it gives you to bring a claim in your local courts.
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account and our Privacy Policy).
If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
If we change these terms, we'll publish the new version on this page and update the dates above. If a change is significant, we'll also let you know in the App.
